Why we love this product

We love great sound just as much as you do. Many of our acoustic engineers here in Berlin are also producers, sound designers, and musicians. Drawing on this shared passion, we built the STUDIO 5X - with an honest, neutral sound signature thanks to a high-quality 3-way system and coaxial design. Listen outside the box.

Key advantages at a glance

Pair of studio monitors featuring a powerful 3-way system and a coaxial design for the tweeter and midrange driver
Linear frequency response and controlled dispersion characteristics for an analytically neutral sound image
Long-throw 5.25-inch woofer for high, distortion-free volume levels and deep, precise bass down to 37 Hz (at -10 dB)
Acoustic Development in Berlin using the Klippel Near-Field Scanner System
Tweeters with waveguides for a wide sweet spot; DSPs with phase-linear filters for time-accurate transients, exceptional resolution, and precise sound localization
Rounded corners minimize sound reflections off the edges of the enclosure; aerodynamically optimized bass reflex port
Balanced XLR/6.3 mm jack combo input, unbalanced RCA input, The STUDIO 5X can be placed upright or on its side; room-matching filters as well as low-shelf and high-shelf filters; dimmable and deactivatable status LED; customizable and deactivatable standby times
