Shipping costs
Every article has an individual shipping amount. These shipping costs are directly in relation to the article's size, weight, the number of packages, the product group, Shipping Carrier and the price of the article. This way we can ensure every article sent to you has the fairest and most reasonable price.

The destination and not the address of the purchaser is the deciding factor. The amounts expected for you are listed on the page here. The shipping amount can and will change if more components are added.

Shipping costs for shipments outside of Germany are split into two categories: Zone 1 and Zone 2. The Zones have become necessary due to the very different costs which our carrier UPS requires for their services.

Zone 1 countries
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland

Zone 2 countries
Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Spain

Accessories are shipped free of charge. This applies to all products in the following categories: spikes and resonance dampers, wall mounts, cable sets, speaker cables, connection cables, high-end cables, miscellaneous accessories and the fan shop. All other bases will be subject to a once-off shipping charge – regardless of the number of bases ordered. The shipping charge depends on the destination - within Germany: from € 9.99; Zone 1: € 19.99; Zone 2: from € 29.99.

Shipping logistics
Your order will be delivered through UPS. Especially large and/or heavy orders (more than 31,5 Kg) will be shipped via forwarding. The responsible company will arrange an individual delivery with you - in this case, we require only a valid phone number from you during your ordering process.
Please note: Unfortunately, we do not offer a cash-on-delivery service in Poland, please choose another payment option.

Handling time
The transit of your warehouse-based articles is approximately 5 to 7 business days. Consult our website for specific availability. Please note that "Pre-paid" payment type orders can only be delivered once the invoice amount has been credited to our account. We recommend you use the "Sofortueberweisung", credit card, ClickandBuy or cash on delivery for in-warehouse articles you wish to have immediately.
