Shipping costs
Each article has its own individual shipping costs. These shipping costs are directly related to size, weight, number of packages, product group, shipping company and price of the product. In this way we can offer you a fair shipping price appropriate to your product.
The shipping costs distinguish between deliveries within and outside Germany. The destination is always decisive, not the address of the customer. You will be informed about the expected amount on this page. The amount of the shipping costs may change if additional components are added.
The shipping costs for deliveries outside Germany are divided into two categories: Zone 1 and Zone 2: These zones have become necessary due to the very different costs which the contracted transport companies charge for their services. Shipping logistics
Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.

Shipping time

Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal or credit card as payment method. The delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery (by DHL/ UPS or forwarding agent). For logistical reasons, DHL or UPS occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.
